These Terms and Conditions are accessible on the Lyntel website and mobile app.
Lyntel may consider variant clauses only in the case of explicit written agreement.
Lyntel provides prepaid eSIM services to customers.
Customers are required to accept Lyntel’s Terms and Conditions to access and use Lyntel services. Registration includes providing essential information such as First Name, Last Name, Billing Address, and Email Address.
Lyntel is committed to delivering quality service to customers. However, Lyntel does not guarantee uninterrupted service, on-time delivery, or fault-free operation. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers using Lyntel’s services must not engage in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activities. Any actions that impair or damage the network are strictly prohibited.
Lyntel may suspend a customer’s service if they breach these obligations. During suspension, customers must continue to fulfill all outstanding payment obligations.
By confirming their device’s eSIM compatibility, customers assume responsibility for the accuracy of this information. Note that the list of compatible devices may not cover all newly released eSIM-compatible devices.
Your service contract with Lyntel officially commences upon the successful completion of an order and the purchase of a data plan through our website or mobile app.
The duration of your contract is contingent on your active data package. As long as you maintain an active data package, your contract with Lyntel remains in effect.
Your contract with Lyntel will automatically terminate under the following circumstances:
Lyntel supports various payment methods, including Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Alipay.
All payments are in US Dollars ($).
Lyntel provides transparent pricing, which includes all applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
In the event of any disputes or claims, customers are encouraged to contact Lyntel’s customer support team for prompt resolution. Lyntel aims to resolve issues amicably and efficiently.
Lyntel values its customers and strives to address any concerns in a fair and timely manner. Customers are not entitled to offset their claims against Lyntel’s claims unless such claims are undisputed or have been confirmed by a final court judgment.
Upon completing the purchase, customers will have immediate access to their Lyntel eSIM via the Lyntel website or mobile app.
Customers will receive a confirmation email after the eSIM purchase, containing essential details regarding their order.
All necessary information for installing the eSIM will be available exclusively on the customer’s Lyntel account.
Lyntel aims to provide timely access to eSIMs and related services. While we strive to deliver promptly, we do not guarantee immediate availability and access, as it may depend on factors beyond our control, such as device compatibility and network conditions.
Lyntel’s cancellation policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience should you decide to discontinue your eSIM service.
To cancel your Lyntel eSIM service, please contact our support team or use the designated cancellation feature in your Lyntel account. Cancellation requests will be processed promptly.
Upon cancellation, your Lyntel eSIM will no longer be active, and access to your service will cease. Any remaining data or service balance will be forfeited.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for unused portions of your Lyntel eSIM service upon cancellation.
At Lyntel, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free experience. This policy outlines the procedures for refunds related to our eSIM services.
You have the right to request a refund only due to the following circumstances:
To initiate a refund request, please contact our dedicated support team within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. We encourage prompt cooperation in resolving any issues.
Please note that each data package comes with its own validity period. We do not offer refunds for the remaining data once the validity period expires or if the package is not used in total.
We do not provide refunds or compensation for charges incurred from alternate devices, SIM cards, providers, hotel phones, or unrelated expenses not directly associated with your Lyntel eSIM usage.
Lyntel reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, violations of our Terms and Conditions, or fraudulent activity.
Cases involving unauthorized purchases will be thoroughly investigated and require approval before processing any refund. Lyntel may suspend accounts associated with fraudulent activity.
Once you install the Lyntel eSIM, it is considered used, and refunds will not be issued.
In cases where you reasonably and in good faith dispute an invoice or part of it, you must notify Lyntel within twelve (12) days of receiving the invoice, providing details of the discrepancy.
Lyntel’s modification policy allows you to adjust your eSIM service to better suit your needs. Here’s how you can modify your Lyntel eSIM:
To modify your Lyntel eSIM service, simply log in to your Lyntel account and access the modification feature. Here, you can make changes to your data package, or any other customizable options.
Modifications to your Lyntel eSIM service will take effect as specified during the modification process. Your updated service will be available for use immediately.
Please be aware that certain modifications may result in adjustments to your billing. Any additional charges will be reflected in your Lyntel account.
You can modify your Lyntel eSIM service as needed, subject to the terms and conditions of your selected plan. There are no limitations on the number of modifications you can make.
